The prestige festival of our Teak Town is "VETTAKKORUMAKN TEMPLE KLALAM PAATTU". This festival is comming on January of every year(Temple festival dates are from January 04 to January 09 each year.) This festival includes a big CARNIVAL SHOW, which plays at near land of this temple. This CARNIVAL is co-ordinated by NILAMBUR GRAMA PANCHAYATH and the living people with the help of Nilambur shops and other establishments. The carnival dates are starts from January 04 to January 15 (approx.) of every year.
